The #BurgKlopp and their #Burggeister have made a #year change with culinary delicacies possible with an outstanding # New Year's Eve menu for at home or ToGo in times of #Lockdown. Picked up in the afternoon, chilled until the evening and cooked completely relaxed with simple #cooking instructions. Four courses for 45 € are quite appropriate for a New Year's Eve. Keep it up. The castle is very beautiful and during the day you have a great view of the Rhine! The prices are high; The top quality of the food and the great service definitely justify this! The menu contains many interesting dishes, both classic and more unusual dishes are included. And my personal favorite: there is white grape juice! Delicious! 😋 It doesn't exist everywhere! I can absolutely recommend this restaurant! Am thrilled! 🤩

Very nice view of the Rhine. Somewhat out of the way, the menu is less geared towards summer. But the dishes ordered were of a very good quality. Those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and prefer a quieter place are in good hands here. The service was very friendly and professionally trained. The walk to the restaurant was very strenuous in summer temperatures. For this you are rewarded with the view.

On July 18, 2020 my wife and I celebrated our wedding in the Burg Klopp restaurant in beautiful Bingen am Rhein. Despite the corona, we didn't let the fun spoil us. With 48 of our dearest people, we were able to enjoy the beautiful summer weather on the castle terrace. The ambience organized by the restaurant owners was perfect! From the champagne reception to coffee and cake to the menu and the end of the evening with fun, games and music, everything was organized first class. So we could spend a carefree day until late at night. At the bride's request, the 3-course menu was divided into vegan and animal. Simply put, both menus were awesome. Everyone enjoyed it. No plate was left empty. Big praise from all guests to the kitchen and a huge and heartfelt thank you from the newlyweds for everything that was prepared and done for us. We hope to see each other again on May 4th. or maybe additionally on our wedding day on July 18th .. We are happy that we were able to spend our day in this style at Klopp Castle.

Today wonderful atmosphere outside ... Summer temperatures. Dressing was subtle, but fitting with the light summer salad. Three kinds of fish on salad easy and suitable for the weather. An evening without carbohydrates.

Good, upscale restaurant with fair prices at the castle Klopp. The location alone recommends a visit. In summer a beautiful terrace overlooking Bingen and the Rhine. The hall is great for celebrations. Good and attentive service. Very good food.

Culinary insider tip in a dreamlike ambience at good prices. We were on a Sunday lunch in the restaurant Burg Klopp and already on entering the terrace we were thrilled by the location and the view. It has a beautiful view of the Rhine, Bingen and Rüsselsheim and can see how the cable car runs up and down the mountain to the Niederwald monument. The lady from the service was very friendly and helped us to choose the perfect place. The menu offers a balanced mix of classic German and Mediterranean cuisine, some with their own interpretations, and there is a seasonally changing menu with additional house recommendations. At the prices of the courts we had at first a little fear that none of us will be full, but so much was anticipated, the doubts were unjustified. The 3-course surprise menu costs under 40 euros (if you put it together on the basis of the card just over 40 euros), the veal escalope with potato risotto and fried parsley is available for 20.50 euros and the card makes a total impression and desire everything try. We wanted to know and once ordered the 3-course surprise menu, in addition once buffalo mozzarella with tomatoes, as main courses the above-mentioned veal schnitzel from the regular map and the fish variations from the recommendation card. For dessert, light and dark mousse and from the season menu the homemade berry soup with homemade Waldmeistereis and yogurt. A second plate for the appetizer, which we wanted to share, as well as additional cutlery were offered by the nice lady directly and immediately set. The surprise menu consisted of a quinoa salad with scallop skewer and salmon terrine for starters, a veal fillet for the main course, and crème brûlée with homemade blackcurrant sorbet for dessert. The individual courses with their components were nicely explained while serving and the portions were absolutely ok both in the course of the menu, as well as in the individual dishes. The whole meal from appetizer to main course to the dessert was excellent and the individual plates lovingly and beautifully prepared with herbs from the own garden and edible flowers. The buffalo mozzarella was served whole and the tomato cubes lay on individual endive leaves so that they could be eaten without dropping anything. The veal fillet was buttery and cooked to the point and also fish and schnitzel were just delicious. The desserts were a dream, the blackcurrant sorbet and the Waldmeistereis, as well as the Mousee and the creme brulee. If we had not been full to burst we would have preferred to order the other desserts on the menu. If one considers the quality of the processed products, the finesse and the craft in the preparation of the dishes and in proportion to the price, the price / performance ratio is really favorable. I do not know when I last eaten so well at such a price. The location with the wonderful view and the friendly service were the icing on the cake. In the evenings and weekends you can park free of charge in the parking lots of the city directly at the castle and there is a small children's playground right under the terrace in the field of vision. We will definitely come back and bring good friends to whom we want to offer something or just to enjoy ourselves.
